CPCA Bob Hand Scholarship Program
The Colorado Pest Control Association (CPCA) has established a scholarship program to assist member company’s employees and their children who plan to continue their education in college or vocational school programs. The CPCA scholarship committee will administer this scholarship program and awards will be granted without regard to race, color, creed, gender, religion, disability, or national origin. As of now, two $1000 scholarships will be awarded for 2008. A student that has been awarded a scholarship may apply again each year, up to three years. An award is contingent upon satisfactory academic performance in a full-time course of study, continued employment of the student or student’s parents of a pest control company who is an active member in good standing with the CPCA. Awards are for undergraduate study only. Interested students must complete the application and mail it along with a current, complete official transcript of grades to the CPCA postmarked no later than May 1, 2008. Online transcripts and grade reports are not acceptable. Applicants will receive acknowledgement of receipt of their application. If an acknowledgement card is not received within two weeks, applicants may call Roger Bradley at 303-598-0657 to verify that the application has been received.
